Rules of the oasis

Last updated 22 September 2026.

1. Our details

These terms govern your use of lotusduneclub.com ("Lotus Dune Club", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of lotusduneclub.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who can use Lotus Dune Club

Only users who are 18 or over may use Lotus Dune Club. Your use of it is confirmation that you are 18 or over.

3. The oasis coins

  • Every game is played with virtual coins that we provide at no charge.
  • Coins are not money, credit or property, and they have no monetary value.
  • Coins may not be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes, and the site has no in-app purchases.
  • There is no prize of real-world value anywhere in the oasis.
  • We are free to adjust or reset coins, levels and features whenever we choose.

4. No real-money gambling at the oasis

Lotus Dune Club does not provide or promote real-money gambling and contains no links to gambling operators.

5. Your oasis account

  • A free account is required to play. Accounts are one per person and may not be shared.
  • Do not reveal your password to anyone, and let us know immediately if another person has used your account.
  • Deleting your account is possible at any time from the account page; it happens immediately and is irreversible.
  • If an account is used to disrupt the site, or we believe it belongs to someone under 18, we may suspend it.
  • Coins, levels and missions stay with the account and are never your property; they may be reset.

6. Rules of use

Never try to disrupt the site, use automated tools against it, offer coins for trade, or permit anyone under 18 to use it.

7. How the site is provided, and liability

We provide the site “as is” and may change or withdraw any part of it. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and your statutory rights remain unaffected.

8. The governing law

These terms are governed by English and Welsh law wherever in the UK you visit from.
